For 25 years, Greg has implemented disruptive technologies and change programs including: data warehouse, RFID, e-prescription, personalized content, smart cities, and automated cars at companies like Lotus, IBM, Bell, ZoomMed, Recast Media, Staples, Metrolinx, and LA Metro.
During that time, Greg has enjoyed and even thrived within dynamic work environments by focusing on outcomes and adapting to the obstacles that change presents.
Using these experiences, he now provides implementation support to leaders, teams, and organizations as they navigate the challenges of disruption, innovation, change, and transformation.
As a professional, he has been described as a great ‘right hand’ to executives, who specializes in supporting leaders achieve their future state visions by ensuring the successful implementation of complex innovation and transformation initiatives.

Implementation of the change initiative, at the tactical level, is where the project will succeed or fail. Greg is focused on supporting the tactical level staff better manage any change.
As an official reseller of the DELTAoverC mobile application, Greg use this tool to identify and engage with staff who might be struggling to manage the organizational change.

Transformed Metrolinx’s Smart Commute from a ‘loose and complex’ government run program to a corporate designed program focused on contract transparency, spend efficiency, and demonstrable results.
Launched innovative ‘Dynamic Transit’ service – shifted Milton Transit’s GO Connect service from fixed route to real-time demand responsive system (Reported on CBC, CityTV, Global, The Star, and The Metro)
Shifted product offering to services-based focus; specifically, installation, break-fix; and most critical, managed services (recurring revenue);
Increased monthly services revenue by 197% in 18 months; average deal margin increased by over 62% in 18 months; average monthly margin per sales rep by 157% in 18 months; and added over 150 recurring revenue contracts in less than 10 months.
Jump started Bell’s Dexit payment initiative by developing alternative positioning - Securing four major retailers and generating a projected $550k annually in less than five months;
Championed a ‘cluster’ strategy to lower merchant acquisition costs and increase customer usage patterns – Goal to prove the business model cost effectively;
Built sales team (three individuals) and executed a new go-to market plan which secured over 4000 tag holders in 5 weeks prior to a critical corporate benchmark.
2003-2007 HW Strategy Document - Presented by team to Executive Strategy Committee (Top 35)
Supported in the drafting of the world wide e-business strategy for IBM Global in NY.
Responsible for the Lotus 'Knowledge Management' solutions in Ontario and Western Canada; completely new product set of document management, distance learning, and real-time text.
Awarded Special Achievement Award, NA top performer, and invited to the Corporate Round Table.
Selected as expert judge for Ontario Government’s ‘Connected Vehicle / Automated Vehicle’ Funding award of $3.0M
Built Recast Media from the ground up: raised $250K in funding and secured two major clients within 18 months
Created plans for an analytics platform for executive decision making within large paper manufacturing site; traditionally, executives did not use data to make operations decisions
Supported the launch of an e-Prescribing system to single office primarily care physicians to address concerns regarding a doctor’s prescribing habits (monitoring / liability)

While I began my career in technology, I came to realize that changing technology is easy, changing people is extremely difficult. As a result, I have shifted from technology innovation toward an increased focus on the people aspect of change and transformation. Specifically, I have continued learning and developing to acquire the skills needed to better manage the 'people' side of change and transofrmation.

Early in his life, our founder was in the care of the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto (CAST).
He was eventually adopted into an amazing family, but never forgot how CAST helped both him and his young mother through a challenging time.
As a result, Greg is an active supporter of Children’s Aid and has been a passionate mentor to youth transitioning out of care into adulthood.
